Our application process

Have you applied or considered applying for a position with us? Here is some information on what to expect.

1. Application

Apply directly for your position of interest by following the link in the advertisement. Upload your CV, application letter, diploma and/or other relevant documents. Your application and documentation should be in the same language as the job advertisement.

Once we receive your application, you will receive an email confirming this.

2. Interviews and work-related tests

If you are chosen as a candidate, you will be invited to an initial interview. In most recruitment processes in Statkraft, multiple rounds of interviews may be held before the final decision is made. You may also be asked to perform an aptitude test, personality test, and/or complete a case study or work-related test during the recruitment process.

3. Background check

Because Statkraft manages critical infrastructure and services in several countries, we conduct a certain level of background and reference checks before offering employment.

4. Offer

The selected candidate will receive an offer from us and we will agree together on a start date. The remaining candidates will be informed that the position is filled. Even if an application does not result in an offer, we would still encourage motivated candidates to follow the career pages on our website and apply again if a position of interest comes up.

Note that the recruitment process in Statkraft may vary based on the position you apply for and the country where the position is located.
